Text every parent their balance
Create your school's account, top up with mobile money, and upload your list of parents. Each parent gets an SMS for each child, naming the child and what they owe. Messages that cannot be delivered are refunded to your balance.

Using Imara at your school?
Open Guardians, then Balances, and press Download for Imara SMS. Copy the file to a phone or laptop with internet and upload it here. It has a row for each child who owes, with their class and balance.
Using Excel?
Start from the template: it has the columns already, so you only type in one row per child: parent, phone, child, class and balance. A parent with two children gets two SMS. Your own Excel or CSV list works too, if it has a phone column.
